It’s a goal that can otherwise be hard to achieve in the British climate! Ferromel 20 Iron Sulphate Premium Moss Killer, Lawn Conditioner & Lawn Feed is a great product. Therefore it is better to rake with a metal spring tine lawn rake or use a mechanical lawn scarifier before moss killer application; then again when moss has been killed. Apply liquid formulas early in the morning, or in the evening. If it gets too hot then the formula will evaporate before it’s had time to be absorbed.

I find that liquid products tend to cause more damage if not diluted enough before application because their strength can burn surrounding plants and other parts of your lawn if used at full concentration.
