Coffee beans come in different roasts and sizes. When you grind your beans, they can produce flakes and other residual particles that may clog your grinder. Most of the Jura machines include a stainless-steel burr grinder. The ENA 4 has a slight advantage with the addition of intelligent preheating and the ability to brew a double espresso or coffee with the press of one button.Some people may be annoyed at the fact that this machine and most Jura’s are made mostly of plastic but it does feel very premium. Meanwhile, for those who prefer a more robust drink, the three-bean option (slightly confusingly, there isn’t a two-bean option) uses 10g. You can also customize the volume of water of each cup size. Both Jura and Nespresso will deliver good strong espresso every day. Aside from that, the choice will be dictated by your preferences. Our espressos came out at the perfect temperature, with our expert taster rating the deep caramel colour of their frothy, creamy cremas. The coffee tasted nutty and fruity - delicious! - but the body was fairly thin and the taste was on the cusp of being too acidic for their liking. You want to make milky drinks– We don’t recommend the A1 if you like latte, cappuccino or other milky coffee drinks unless you already have milk frother.
