Some of them do lack depth but it glorifies as we usually neglect the on-going small things around us. Having had some time to think about this, I feel like this style of poems/quotes works better and has greater impact when each is viewed alone. I know that there's an entire world that cares out there, hiding behind a world that doesn't, afraid to show who it really is and with or without you, I will drag that world out of the dirt and the blood until we live in it. While it focuses on the words, it does feature some selected photography at the start of each chapter from my friend and traveling companion, Jon, the photographer.

But the thing as a whole was just so much of the same, and it felt like the punch line to every single piece was 'for YOU'; I mean, even the title follows that formula.I wanted something short enough that I could read it within a few hours, yet something that gave me something to chew. Sorry, we’re immigrating in about two weeks and moving a family of four across the Atlantic Ocean is completely unsurprisingly incredibly challenging. You feel the relief, the breathtaking moment when you finally do that something or meet that someone.

As for me, while some of it did not resonate with me on a personal level, this is one book in which I went furiously highlighting a sentence or passage on nearly every page, especially in the first half.This little piece of magic touches me so deeply that I want to dig my fingers in its papers and hold it tight, forever. Being a hopeless romantic myself, I could relate to or at least imagine the emotions and images behind the simply-worded sentences.
