About this deal

Impressive as the BenQ TH671ST is in 2D, it's only when you take advantage of the optional 3D system that the picture becomes truly immersive. Just add the optional BenQ 3D glasses, connect up to a suitable source and enjoy 3D images that are every bit as bold as at the cinema. As with virtually all inexpensive home theater projectors we've tested, the brightness variation is easy to see with a 100% white or light colored image. With the projector sitting on a table, brightness is highest at the bottom center of the image, and gradually falls going up and to either side, making the upper left and right corners the dimmest. Those who are particularly sensitive to brightness variations may find this unacceptable. However the difference is hard to see with any image that breaks up the field of view. This is a short throw projector, so distance to screen is dependent upon the size of the image you are trying to display watt speaker delivers surprisingly robust audio for such a small projector, with enough volume to fill a large family room; five sound mode presets plus User mode. Finally, projectors can be important tools for sharing information and giving presentations in addition to their entertainment uses. BenQ offers a wide range of business and interactive classroom projectors that provide as much as 5,000 lumens of brightness to fill projector screens, even in rooms with harsh ambient light. How Long Will a BenQ Projector Last?

Pro 3) Full-featured Gaming Projectors: BenQ is one of a few brands that offer explicitly “gaming-focused” projectors. Compared to traditional projectors, these gaming projectors specialize in minimal input lag time, with ultra-low input latency and a high enough refresh rate to enjoy fast-paced gaming. BenQ stands out for selling a top-notched 4K projector for gaming that combines excellent picture quality with very low input lag. Resolution The higher the resolution the better the quality, or detail, of the image projected. When it comes to projectors there is a range of resolutions from which to choose. These include SVGA (800x600), XGA (1024x768) and widescreen WXGA (1200x800). These are the most common resolutions available. While it is common, these days, amongst TV sets, a newcomer to the projectors market is 4K. Producing 4K UHD (3840x2160) resolution - which means 8 million distinct pixels for each frame - these projectors are perfect for awe-inspiring clarity and crisply defined fine details. Prices valid in stores (all including VAT) until close of business on 28th November 2023. (Some of these web prices are cheaper than in-store, so please mention that you've seen these offers online.)While the BenQ TH671ST does have the capability to display 3D in a dedicated mode, I was unable to test the feature.

It is, yes. Put simply the aspect ratio of a projector is the width of the image in relation to its height. There are two common aspect ratios. The first of these is 4:3 which is usually best for business or classroom use. For content consumption then 16:9 is best, particularly for TV or film watching in home cinema set-ups. A third option is 16:10 which is designed for use with widescreen computers. The brightness of a projector is measured in lumens. Basically, the higher the lumens the brighter the projector will be on screen. Something to consider here is that a brighter projector can display more detailed images - so would be ideal for displaying technical information, whereas viewing TV or movies doesn't require such a bright projector.Low Lamp Mode. Compared with the full power mode, Economic mode reduces brightness by about 36%. Two other settings, SmartEco and LampSave, are dynamic power modes that are intended to lenghthen lamp life by adjusting the power level based on scene content. With a standard 100% white image, we measured SmartEco at the same brightness as Normal power mode. LampSave peaked at 1,767 ANSI lumens in Bright mode, just a touch brighter than Economic mode. BenQ says there is no noticeable effect on the image with these modes, nor did we observe any. The bigger problem with Bright mode is the loss of gradations to the point of showing a hint of posterization in demanding images. Despite that, Bright mode with defaults is our choice for the presentation-optimized setting, even for presentations that include photorealistic images. Most people will also consider it acceptable for occasional use in, say, a family room in daytime when they absolutely need the extra brightness. On budget projectors, the lamp will usually require replacement before other components have worn out. Typical lamp life ranges from 1,500 hours to 4,000 hours when using eco mode. Setting a projector to maximum brightness may reduce the lifetime of the lamp. calculator, you will see dimension lines that will tell you the height, width, and diagonal measurements of your image.
